If you have a problem with a pc or laptop we can help; similarly, if you are considering an upgrade to make you existing computer faster we have a number of options that may be of interest. The Computer Shop has it’s own dedicated repair centre and technicians. Items for repair can be delivered by hand or shipped via courier to us. In most instances repairs can be affected within 48 hours.
Many problems can be associated with virus and malware infections – we can clean these infections and protect against potential re-infection. Free Assessment
We will assess likely repair and cost scenarios free of charge. Where goods are sent by courier the cost of shipping will be met by the customer. We will advise of how to pack an item for shipping.
Call Outs
Our technicians will call to site to effect a repair. This is particularly useful where issues are related to the location; or items are too cumbersome to easily bring to the repair centre.
Maintenance Contracts
These are available to our business customers and include telephone and dial in support, call out and on-site support options.
Professional Cloud Backups
This service is available to our business customers. Professional encrypted backups of your information are stored on servers within Ireland to be compliant with Irish data protection laws. These backups are monitored daily.
